Swordfish is a fav of my best mate whenever there is a BBQ he always brings some along….
for me a good steak all day (but that's not particularly changeling)

That's odd, we've not actually been to SA for Xmas yet, although it's on the cards one year. BBQ on the beach for Xmas does sound good!

Oven was too small to fit everything in. Also we'd seen that some posh chef had done it with good results so thought it would be worth a try ![Very Happy :D](./images/smilies/icon_biggrin.gif)
