Tom D Passes Instructors Licence

Postby RobinSherwood » Fri Mar 13, 2009 9:43 am

Hi everyone,

Just a little update for everyone who takes an interest in our adventures with Tom.

On Wednesday he was invited to Silverstone to take part in a Race Instructors Assessment Day and I have just got off the phone from Chris Ward, the Chief Instructor at Silverstone, who has confirmed Tom PASSED :woohoo:

Tom will be called personally later today and told what grade licence he will initially be given.

Anyway he is now an ARDS Licensed Race Instructor 8)

Regards,

Robin

Further update on this.

Just heard he has been awarded a Grade C Instructors Licence straight away jumping the first rung of the instructors grading ladder. (Most instructors have to be a Grade D their first year apparently).
