are the dates that were put up ok with all or are there other dates that can be had, i think the april ones can be forgot about, to close to do anything about it, maybe the june one looks good to get everything set up.

April is no good for me, June would be ok,
If watching f1 testing on the friday we would be looking at accommodation for fri night not sat as stated earlier

True,
Its always going to be difficult pleaseing everyone in the summer months.

Could always organise 2 trips so those that cannot make one can get to the other, it doesnt have to be a R/R day for the other, as long as its central and something of interest going on.
