Sounds like it will be a fantastic day out. If I hadn't prior plans then I would be well up for it. Next year is a definite as the wife will not be pregnant!!

Sorry to disappoint you boys, but as this is a family day, there is not much chance of scantily clad girlies ( unless you bring your own :wink:

), not unless they've relaxed things since last year, anyway. But on the bright side, you'll be able to keep a better grip on the wheel, since you won't have sweaty palms :lol:

If any other people want to come along, bear in mind that we are sharing a gate with another car club ( possibly more Scoobies ) and our team is limited to 2 cars on track at a time, so the more cars we have running the less track time everyone has. I shall bring extra drivers passes with me on Sunday in case there are more people and also some ordinary entry passes (

prob worth getting some sort of track time set for each driver ... i.e each two drivers that go out do three laps each ... 1st being warm up and hot, 2nd being hot and third being warm down. That way everyone will get a chance to be out there in the hour they allocate to cars before the bikes or other displays come out. Also nobody will destory their brakes etc because they will have adequate time to warm down.

I think the Subaru queue will move pretty quickly. I went to a similar event a few years back and the queues for the lambos and the ferraris was immense. However when people see some of us doing some serious powerslides around the main corner I think the tides may turn.

I will prob aim to give people three laps if possible ... at least one and half hot laps with hard cornering and slides before a cool down lap to let everything settle.

lol ... the format of the day looks pretty easy going in any case so the cars won't be out getting ragged for ages like on an open pit formats. Should (hopefully) keep damage to a minimum.
