Guys, I've spoken with the hotel today and they're asking me to put a deadline on the date by which they have all rooms booked. We've agreed that the deadline will be MONDAY 12TH NOVEMBER. After this date we will not be able to guarantee any room reservations as they will need to release them for other potential guests. We also need to get numbers finalised so I can work with them on floor plan etc.

Thank you to all of you that have booked so far. For any remaining people, can you please make sure you phone the hotel and book your room by the above date to guarantee your place. As a reminder, the Glebe Hotel phone number is 01926 624218. Quote WR1OC with your reservation for the correct rate, and then if you could update the registration boxes at the top of this thread that would help me out enormously!

Just having booked hotels yet as should be for work in UK those weeks and they normally book and pay my hotel.

Details will be worked out next week. Once the deadline for reservations passes on the 12th November I'll be in touch with the hotel to finalise plans. This will include menu and table plans. Once we've go that sorted I'll post the results up here.

Don't panic, Sandy!! You stay with me on Friday then in the hotel on Saturday. The Xmas meal is on Saturday night. You're fine! Cool yer jets!

You can sample the delights of the local Chinese takeaway on Friday or I can gather Stu is here on Friday night too, so a meet-up might be a plan. It would be a shame for anyone here on Friday not to be together. Stu, what are your plans?

If we go to the Spa next year, just near the motorway, there is the brewery of Jupille... You can actually visit it and taste a freshly brewn Jupiler :wink:
