if anyone else is entering norfolk on the A17, I have been told that the road is closed this weekend at Sutton Bridge, so a detour is needed...................Sumo....and his 'Tarty Flaps' :twisted:

LOL theres no pointing fingers etc, if you dont want to be named its no problem.

Hes there to check my Bog Down Problem, and to check any other WR1 Problems ;)

Not to Say .. Hey Barry has a Dump Valve installed thats going to cause problems.. ;) LOL !!!!!

Massive hats off to Mike Wood for taking time with every WR1 owner to check maps and things.

It was great to meet everyone from here and put names to faces :)

Many thanks to everyone who came along today. It was a great turn out and a very enjoyable day.

Thank to you for organising the whole thing, a very enjoyable day, especially on the way home teaching my ECU a thing or two, the rev limiter is very savage, I never really got out of fourth so as you know acceleration was very very rapid. Sumo... :twisted:

What were peoples results from the rolling road tests???

Had an my99 uk classic,

Then got P1 (0329),

Then got a brand new WR1 (092),

Then got a my00 UK Classic,

Then got another P1 (0488), Now Sold.

Ok results.

They vary from 304 BHP up to 315 BHP

the lower BHP WR1s Had higher Torque than the higher BHP ones.

One of the WR1s had a Decat downpipe, which made the turbo spool up sooner but produced the same BHP than the others.

Glad to hear you are driving it properly now Sumo ;)

Can't remember ... but Mike Wood was there so I'd imagine it was the 'correct' gear !!
