Erm... I feel a tiny bit silly now. I've got the difficult part out of the way - namely that I can be away from home overnight on that day. l've contacted the Hartwell House tonight to book the room and your 'hart' would not be 'well' if you knew the rates. I'll still be there - just need to sort some negotiation first.
