Time for a Rolling Road?

Ok guys, it has been a little while since I've organised a rolling road and thought I would gauge interest for a Rolling Road at DS Automotive in Aylesbury.

I want to get this booked well in advance. If we get 15 or more runners (max 25) the price will be £45 all in with at least £5 per runner going to charity.

I will look into accommodation when I have a better idea of interest.

At the moment I'm suggesting Sat 23 Feb 2008 unless anyone can suggest a valid reason why this is no good. If you would like to only attend for the Saturday evening social then put your name down accordingly.

I have done 2 rolling roads at DSA.

The guys are top geezers, look after your cars, and pretty much always reach the target boost unlike what you see at some other now defunct Rolling road premises.

Getting 15 cars isn't a problem as from the other clubs I freqent these numbers can be easily achieved... Having said that, it would be nice to have WR1oc members (not necessarily with a WR1).

Ok then guys, unless I received any "valid" objections in the next week I'm going to hold 10 places for the P1woc. I know they like DSA and I'm going to contact Bob Rawle to see if he wants to attend. Please let me know your thoughts on this.

Obviously after the RR on the Saturday there will be plans for a meal and a few too many beers for those interested and I will work on a suitable hotel to accomodate us.

HI, yes I would be interested, the last two P1 events there I've datalogged all the cars for the owners interest etc and would be more tha happy to do that for this event. Also run my own of course.
