I'll make it easier for you all
Don't be offended if I've put you in the wrong bit, I've just used the info that's here. Some of you usually drive so I've included you too, but feel free to move yourselves about accordingly. I need definite numbers so that I can offer spare places to Midlands Scoobies as they are very keen to come along.

You can have as many people driving your car as you like, so long as they all register on the day. As there will be around 30 drivers this year, you will all have to try and curb your enthusiasm and not hog the track
I think the usual meeting arrangments have worked very well so no reason to change anything. I expect Chris B or one of the others will post the times etc just to remind everyone.
People, don't forget to either pm me with your address if you need your passes in the post, or your email address so I can send you the thingy to download and print yourself, and the rest I'll bring with me for those who are meeting up with us.

Just to remind everyone, each car taken on the track will need one Exhibitors Pass regardless of how many people drive it and all drivers must register on the day. Anyone going on the track must take a paying passenger, (that's what the day is all about and you are getting a free track day don't forget.) If you are parking in the Exhibitors area you will still need one of these passes. Any guests you bring will park in the public parking area and they will need a Vistors Pass, so let me know if anyone wants some of these and there is a donation of £5 per car to be paid at the entrance.

I have only had two pm's for Passes people. Send me your email or home address so I can get the relevant passes to you. I'll bring the rest to hand out when we meet up.
Just one point about those not driving. As the parking we have been allocated is within the Exhibitors area, we only want cars that people will want to look at. If you intend to come in your daily runabout Kia, Zafira etc  no matter how nice it is, could you park in the public parking area. You will still need a Visitors Pass to get in and there is a £5 donation on entry. This goes for anyone else you invite that comes in their own car, so let me know if anyone wants these passes.

All the places are now filled so unless anyone drops out, you can still come but must get one of the Visitors passes as above.

I guess it is only fair to put my slot up for grabs as I really don't know if we can make it as yet. I would hate to waste a parking slot for a nice car by not turning up.

Rosy my name was added and taken off the list quite a few times with the copying pasting, I definitely can't make this unfortunately, I'm sure you know this, but just incase that's one space that would be available if someone else wanted it...

Sorry guys, haven't read all the thread.
My Evo is back on the road so would like to attend if that's still possible?
Doesn't quite look like a WR1 though

Cheers,
Huss.

Come on people I still haven't heard from some of you about how you want me to send your pass. Unless I hear otherwise, I will assume that most of you are meeting up beforehand, so I'll bring plenty of passes for everyone. I will need confirmation that everyone on the list will be coming, in case there are any late entries.

Thanks Dan. Well how about something like "Come on you lot - get your ar$e$ into gear. If you want a pass PM me with your email or postal address or let me know if you are meeting up with us " ... I think that should be sufficient

Meeting Times for bruntingthorpe, for folks coming down or up the M1,we will meet you as last year at junction 20 at Lutterworth at 7am,we can then travel to the shell station to fill up with V-Power and then on to Bruntingthorpe.
Anyone not meeting at jun 20 can wait on the Mill on Soar (pub) car park opposite the shell station,if you fill up as you arrive and then move over the road so we are not blocking the garage forecourt (busy road be carefull crossing) we can then go on to bruntingthorpe in convoy to arrive at 8.15,we have 45 minutes to set up and someone like Fraser or Kevin can go to the drivers briefing at 9am,a quick warm up on the track and we are ready for action.
The shell garage is on the B4114 Coventry Road between Stoney Stanton and Broughton Astley.
Sutton-in-the-Elms service station tel 01455 285545.
