I'll do my best fella - be happy just to go home in one piece tbh.
Driving an FQ400 on a trackday can be a bit like driving around with a target on the boot

Ever thought of sticking one on ?
I have been contemplating a few times to take the Merc to a trackday and put a sticker on the boot:
"Remember my car is twice as heavy as yours when we go into a corner and you claim the racing line."

Did a few laps in the Type 25. I wasn't planning on it, but the oppo arose so we did a few gentle laps. The torque is immense and you can really drive the car very smoothly, which suits my style. However, I wasn't totally happy with the handling. I think much of that is down to my unfamiliarity with the car and the fact I was running normal road pressure on the tyres. I havre to say, I don't like the tyres either, but they seemed to get better as time wore on.
