:wtf: Do you seriously have to book so early, Mick :?: :?: :?:  Even the folks going skiing haven't booked yet. Take a punt and get your name down now - it must be easier to cancel than re-book your hols. The track dates will not be fixed till next season starts anyway, so that's months and months away yet.

I even promise to bring an extra pack of Digestives

Con't know exact dates yet, but we can safely assume it's end of August, so book the time off now if you have to !

Just a thought mate.
Started looking at logistics today, and spain could be tricky, will look further into it...Don't worry, whatever the 2007 trip will be it will awesome - I guarentee it :D

Spa versus Barcelona - it's a tough one. On one hand I'd accept that a number of afficionados may wish to return to Spa, but we had such a presence that a trip further afield may be on the cards too.

That said, this started as a chat queueing for the ferry at Calais, so the map came out, we looked at a few options etc. You know how it goes...

Barcelona has the advantage of similar mileage to the Spa trip (minus ferry travel) and we would also have an onboard Spanish translator for the journey.

It's very early days, but it would be great to poll for opinion on the next summer adventure. We'll need to do some research first but look... do you fancy racing the cars and get a sun tan in the process? :D

Spa is a much more fun circuit than Barcelona.

If you want guaranteed sun and a circuit nearly as good as spa, try Jerez in Andalucia.

THE BEST circuit in europe IMHO is Assen in northern Holland. We could stay in Groningen 15 miles up the road. known as little Amsterdam

Yep, to early to say at the minute but im very interested. I do find Barcelona a bit 'antisceptic' as a circuit though.

Top shopping place for the women though and a lovely city.
