Dates are confirmed as 20th and 21st August for the Spa trackday.

1. Dan
2. Martin (plus 2 Hairdresser's with TT's TBC)
3. Spike
4. Fraser
5.
6. Marky Mark TBC
7. Prof
8. WR1 Bro (TBC - very much interested. 95% certain.)
9.
10.Kev-TBC 350z or RS500 cossie
11. The Swede
12. The Austrian

As before, we'll base the trip around this

Suggested itinerary (TBC feel free to add ideas or stay longer if you like!)

DAY 1 - EARLY start on cross-channel (means being close enough to the ferry early morning. Piss-up on UK soil the night before?) then the run down to Leuven for an overnight halt as a good resting point.

DAY 2 - Leisurely drive to Spa (perhaps taking in the infamous tunnels in Brussels on the way) and overnight in Spa.

DAY 3- Down to Nurburgring and back in a day (which should be very do-able if we're there on a Sunday. Alternatively we re-jig to accommodate time after Spa). Still overnighting in Spa that evening.

DAY 4 - Spa! Return to same hotel or those more keen can make the late ferry home

DAY 5 - Depart for Blighty (or stay on for those wishing a longer stay)

No single day should get us back to a hotel base too late, and all hotel time is in Spa save for one night in Leuven (and possibly one night's stay near Dover). Also, there are only two early starts, one from the UK, and one to get to Spa circuit.

This means leaving either Friday or Saturday (depending on final calendar slots for Spa) and returning Tuesday or Wednesday at the latest, thus reducing the amount of hols peeps need to book.

Could people please add or take names off the list as necessary...

Looks like a refurb for F1 to go back next season as started, so it should be finished in time

As for mlr we did meet a few of them at last years trip at the ring and spa, so there probably will be some this year aswell

Top man, can everyone reply to whether they'd prefer Aug or Oct, or no preference in the general discussion thread? October is now best for me. our convoy actually was 3 wr1's and 3 evo 380's but i'd love the rb320 to come 8) :D :D :D

I've spoken to easytrack to get availability for October, and they have 11 spaces on 9th October, please can anyone let me know asap if this sounds good as we'll need to act quite fast to get this booked and get everyone in on this day.

In the meantime I want to know what easytrack are doing about refunding/replacing Oulton as I want 100% confidence in them before booking Spa with them

I'm finding this tricky, Easytrack promised to call or email yesterday to let us know what they were doing regarding oulton, and didn't AGAIN. They're not giving me enough confidence to put Spa in their hands right now...
I'm going to look into seeing if there are other dates available using another organiser. Alternatively you guys might wanna go in august without me !

It does look a little shaky, I grant you, but I won't give up the annual WR1OC holiday without a fight.
