Sunday 2nd July Thoresby Hall. Anyone up for this show. I have been for the past couple of years and it is usually good. It's a ford show as well [I think], and I will be home for this one, Maybe we can roll out the WR1 owners club flag, that was on display at lightwater valley. I beleive there is no registration reguired, just turn up. It's a show and shine.

Thoresby hall can be found via the A1 to the A614. It's classed as Nottinghamshire but it's more South Yorkshire. The hall is owned by the holiday outfit Warners [No kids allowed-but they really mean-no one under fifty]. It makes a good back drop for a car show though, there is a small cafe and a small number of exclusive shops, the type you look round and buy nothing. The past shows I have been too, have been jap cars and the other side of the field are the ford boys, always loads of scoobies.

No kids in the warners holiday locations. A few years ago me and the wife booked in at a Warners place on Hyling island, we did not know then about the No kids deal, but she was the youngest there at 40, I have never seen as many zimmer frames in my life. You can take as many kids to the car show as you want.
