Location is "SP 46839 42320" dumped from my Garmin GPS.

Thats 468423 on map 151 in normal grid reference format.

Can you enter either of them into a TomTomGo?

Feel free to bring your cameras along to the tour, your host will let you know if there are areas where photography is not permitted but there will be opportunities to take pictures in certain areas.
