Postby jimbo » Sun Jan 08, 2006 1:47 pm

if anyone has any ideas for meets/things to do this year then post them here - hopefully we can have a few more meets this year and more frequently so everyone is given a chance to get to some.

That is a very good suggestion - always wanted to go there. When is it?

A bit out of left field, but how about this:

Thursday 13th July - Outbound from UK. Depart via Chunnel etc and onwards to somewhere North of Magny Cours, France. Perhaps Orleans, but that's a guess.

Friday 14th July - Spirited runs round the countryside to the hotel at Magny Cours, then on to the circuit at night time for the Pink Floyd & Roger Waters Finale Concert to Bastille Day.

Saturday 15th July - Free day depending what you want to do - either watch the qualifying or a run out through the countryside in the Scoobs

Sunday 16th July - F1 day. Unlikely to get any runs out but maybe try and get some exhibition time track side???!!

Monday 17th July - 'Show me the way to go home'

Not likely to be cheap :omg:

Website at http://www.gpfrancef1.com/gpf1/index.php?lang_code=gb

Look, it's only an idea :tumble: .....
