I can't make this now.

My physio has signed me off work for a few day as i've slipped a disk in my back. He's also banned me from sitting for longer than 10 minutes, standing for over 20 minutes and laying down in the same position for longer than an hour. :roll:

Looks like i won't be getting a very good nights sleeps either.

At the moment i can sit for about 5 minutes, stand for 10. Then do some stretching. Then repeat!

when ever i have problems with really bad pain's i take voltarol 50mg tablets, diclofenac sodium ph.eur
they are very good, but only through your doctor so.
