Some insurance companies offer it like highways for 50 quid for the day normally, who are you insured with?

I took it out the first year i did it but not since. Other track days depend on the type of track day. :)

Hi,see you all at the shell station at 7ish,or at Brunters, we are going for a big amount this year so can we all give maybe £5 or £10 to put in the kitty,if thats ok give it to Rosy as we can add that in as a donation from the club.
The P1 lads and EVO lads will be doing the same.
One of our members has made a very large donation,so a million thanks again to him.
I will pop in my £100 as always,so we are £1100 up already.
What a start.
Heaven can wait....I'm playing with my scooby.

Well what a great day..... had to be the best Asda Charity track day so far, great weather, good food, great cars, but above all YOU,all the good folks who turned up had a great time and raised a lot of money for a good cause, its was lovely to see lots of friends, many pupils and ex pupils all turn up and have fun and empty their pockets for a good cause.
The WR1 lads along with the P1 and Scoobycity lads raised £3,400,we doubled last years takings, top marks to all of you guys.
We took £1,900 on our gate giving high speed laps, and in true Subaru style we made club donations of £1,500.
We are told money is tight etc etc but to see folks give for Charity, its just amazing, the Asda guys were shell shocked when we told them what we raised,so can I say a massive thanks to all the lads and friends who came along to help, the guy with the Lotus,Gin the drift king, the VX220 lads and the older guy with the red GTR35 who kept dropping on our gate instead of the Nissan gate only to find we had stuck someone in his GTR and he was earning for us....Good lad,he did get told off in the end.
Once again though well done to everyone concerned,we will post up the grand total raised as soon as Asda tell us,my guess is over £45,000.
Heaven can wait....I'm playing with my scooby.

Nice to meet you folks today - I must admit I was bricking it a bit on the first one having missed the drivers briefing and forgetting my left from right. But what a great day - cash for a good cause and lota fun. Still feel there is a lot to learn to get the most out of the 'One' on the track, what an stunning bit of kit.

Just got back home as we stayed two nights at the hotel. Thanks to everyone that attended and helped make this day special and to make some money for some great causes. Looks forward to seeing some of your pics from the day and finding out the final figures from Chris once Adsa finish counting the pennies.
