This should be a very good day guys, the P1 lads are a great bunch, its for a good cause and you get chance to see RCMs new place and the 2 Gobstoppers plus quite a few other top scoobys, just come and enjoy the day, there will be a hot dog wagon no doubt, you can relax in RCMs reception and watch telly, take photos and just enjoy the day,we should have 40-60 cars turn up.

I just found out where RCM is - I pass it all the time going to and from work. From Leeds to Oxford -

Im up for meeting at this event I'll try and plan it to drive down to work that week.

Also depends if I am playing rugby that weekend. But Im hoping not - be a good one.

Time to spend some money...

Also Chris - just a quick one have you still got the wind deflectors on the 1 and are their worth it? Looking to purchase some.

I should be able to make this - dont have a rugby game planned that weekend - unless we're off on tour....

Would be good to go down -

I fancy a new back box as well to give it more of a rumble...

Been looking at the RCM webpage so would be good to get some advice.

Nice one.

With this just around the corner - do I need to register any where or is it a case of a turn up event? Im guessing its an all day thing - I am hoping to be there for about 11ish.

I'm just having a stage 1 conversion.

I thought it was a great day and especially for such a great cause. Very impressed with RCM. Looks like one hell of a setup they have there. So so clean for a garage :D It was the first time I have personally been to an event like this and did feel like a bit out of place but its good to put faces to forum names so it was great to meet Simon r and Chris (Rosy b) and Davetwr1 who I've been fortunate enough to meet before so good to see you too Dave.

On a final note some of those P1s were out of this world. Absolutely stunning. Some of the figures they were pumping out made mine look like a 1.6 Astra LOL so thanks to the P1OC and RCM for putting the day on and i'm already looking forward to next year. I'm sure I read on the P1oc that they raised over £2000 as well so well done to all.
