We were going to nip to the harvester for some food then go back to the hotel to meet up with peeps...

if someone wants to set a time /place to meet for food & drinks that would be a good idea

Harvester is probably a less formal and somewhat cheaper option, so me and Chris B are up for that, being as we are tightfisted slobs , but we are happy to go along with whatever other people want. 7pm ish seems like a sensible time.

i,m staying at the barcelo with family ,not sure what time we,ll arrive but will have kids so suppose it depends how long i can starve them for!harvester will probly be cheaper for us if its not too far to walk with kids,from the hotel.but well see you at the hotel anyway,looking to arrive early so we can have a wash in the pool .

i will pick my entry pass up at the shell station.

I'll have the passes for everyone when we meet up at the Shell station and some of the visitors passes in case any of your friends come along.

I wonder if we can get two Subaru gates this year as there's what nearly 35 people wanting to drive?

There are 11 gates this year and I doubt they will let us have another one so close to the event, but I will find out if we can for next year.

I notice that not everyone has put their name on the list. I need to know how many Drivers passes and Visitors passes to bring with me on Sunday and Chris B would like people to confirm if they are driving or parking so he can organise our gate, so can people update the list accordingly.
