WR1 Owners Club

At PRODRIVE Sunday 9th May 2010

Who would believe the mighty P1 is 10 years old this year.

To celebrate this we at the P1 WOC have decided to acknowledge the challenges that Prodrive undertook and achieved in creating the Impreza into a Supercar.

We are currently trying to get as many P1's gathered together in one place ALL at the same time ever. Yes at PRODRIVE

Prodrive are just off Jnc 11 off the M40 in Banbury

So we get an idea of how many P1's are going can you put your car next to your name please.

Even if you don't own a P1 but do have a Subaru you are all more than welcome to come along and join in the day.

There will be marshalls on the day to point you in the right direction to park your cars (P1's Only at the front of Prodrive)

Prodrive will be opening the Heritage Centre so people will be able to see all the cars in there, plus the Prodrive shop will be open.

All donations on the day will go to the Horton Hospital Charity, with an invite to the Richard Burns Foundation.

Start time 10.00am
Finish time 15.00hrs

ALL P1's to be parked up and in place by 9.30am please
Site plan will be provided if needed

Itinerary for the day
Invitations to ALL Subaru clubs (Where possible)
Prodrive Merchandise and Parts for sale on the day (To be paid for on the day)
Local News coverage and TV hopefully
P1 WOC merchandise for sale on the day
Commemorative plaque produced for all P1 Owners (At cost)
Commemorative Sticker on the day for all who attend

All the following mags will be asked to attend

Japanese Performance Mag TBC
Banzai mag TBC
Autocar TBC
EVO Mag TBC

me & huzzy are gona be there im sure prodrive would really appreciate us wr1oc members there. plus like elv1s has said there be mags & tv there nice bit of advertisment maybe

Bet you'd only get 3 or 4 WR1's if the same were to happen

at the mo they've got about 100 poeple down to go 62 of them p1 members. no wot ur sayin 1mposter bout are own club some reason we dont do meets together very often or in big numbers. but looking forward to rockhampton if its on this year?

Brunters was probably the only sucess meet last year, this year itwill be at Rockingham and a good turn is expected.

For other meets you be lucky to gather any great interest, take DSA rolling road day next month 5 at the moment I believe, when at least 12 is required for it to be worthwhile

dsa would be good id love to know what mines kicking out but cant afford it at the mo getting married April 8

Count me in 4 sure me and me classic impreza went to the MCRAE GATHERING i was in the O of colin and the number of impreza's that turned up was amazing and PRODRIVE is a top venue were better to show off your pride and joy so im deffo up for this one and im sure me bro in his 2006 sti will be 2 i love scooby meets and this will be a big one

Steve who has done all the Images of my car (No 022) will be going! He is planning to get all the WR1s that attend together and do a number of group shots, we will then post them on the site. We will try and get a Calender Shot outside Prodrive for 2011.

i believe Prodrive is in Wildmere Industrial Estate looking at the map,
so we all could meet up in the estate & go in Prodrive together if you want?

is every1 gona make it roughly for 10 or should we save some places for people?
