Guys, this ins't looking good. I'm going to contact Prosport on Monday. They said the min was 15. Finaly update on Monday afternoon. I'll be gutted if we have to cancel because of numbers.

I'm sure a minimum hire amount would be fine. Having said that I doubt paying more will be ok with everyone and it just gets messy.

The other problem is that even if we get 15 runners you can be pretty sure at least 1 will drop out at the last min.

The other fairly local group are LADS and they have a RR booked for the weekend after us. Historically we have always managed the numbers for a RR quite easily. If/when (10am tomorrow) that his one falls on its arse it will be over to someone else to arrange a RR.

I've arrange two successfull RR in the past and I've fail on the 3rd. This was gonna be my first RR without a hangover too.

I think it would be unfair for some people to pay more then others, or to even ask people to pay more. As much as I hate to see this event get cancelled, it looks like it will.

I agreed it would be good to put faces to names; hence why we'll have to re-arrange this to take place in the next month or so.

I'll probably volunteer myself to organise this for next time.

PS. Focus ST guys are on a run on 21st a big multi forum meet thats going to be in fast ford magazine so no one is showing any interest in this. The last RR was at Dreamscience HQ in Hull and had around 50 people show up so its a shame that these events clash .
