You're best going to somewhere like Powerstation and letting them set it up. I had my last one done at TSL and it makes a world of difference.
Even the Prodrive settings are done with some tolerance in, every car is different and the best way is to have your car measured and set accordingly.

I had mine done at TSL on the last car and it was great.
I'll be getting the STI done as soon as time allows, we could see if TSL would be interested in doing a deal if there was enough interest.

How would you lot feel about driving up to Nottingham?
If you're up for it I'll call TSL this week and see if they'll cut a deal on it.

I could be up for that too. I'm getting p!ssed off with the huge understeer if its even remotely wet and have heard that a geometry setup might make a fair bit of difference?

The settings are

Front camber -1 degree 15 minutes
Front toe 6 minutes in
Rear toe 10 minutes in

These are the std settings for the road and should be how the car was set when the springs were changed. It is worth getting your dealer to check them though.

Question for Mike, as these are standard settings for the road, which I take to mean will suit everybody in all conditions, can these settings be improved on to dial out some of the understeer for "fast road" driving?

They are the settings we recommend for a WR1 used on the road. I have to say that these settings give very little understeer on the road but may not suit everyone's driving style. If you come into the corner too quickly and wind the lock on ANY car will understeer, but if you remember that the tyres can't perform miracles and get you round any corner at any speed, you will find that the car can be made to oversteer quite nicely when you want it to :)

What would the settings be for an 04 STI fitted with PFF7's?

Prodrive springs and Goodyear F1's 225/40/18 if I recall.

The settings will have been in the fitting instructions for the spring kit but in any case they are just about the same as the WR1. What they work like with the F1's is something we haven't tested though.

I'd start at those figures and then modify it from there if necessary. If you want to make the rear a bit looser you could try reducing the toe-in down towards 0 but don't be tempted to make it toe out as it will feel very unstable at easy to get into snap oversteer...
