new specs

went to see my friend in nottingham on fri, just coming in to farndon, my wife said look there are some specs cameras on those blue posts, the posts have been there for quite a while, so cameras must have only recently gone up, my snooper did not pick them up, but when i got home uploaded so people should be covered now, have seen a lot of these blue posts about, now i know what they are going to be used for now

Or traffic master cameras for monitering traffic flow regards hold ups etc, we have lots around here but none that moniter speed (apart from mobile traps)
