Air filters

Has anyone changed the air filter on their car yet?

Would this count as a mod for the warranty and insurance?

I changed mine to an STi panel filter, but it actually lost power - about 6 bhp. Standard one is probably the best or go for an induction kit. Just changing the filter wouldn't affect your warranty but an induction kit would. But hey - Scoobies are that reliable why worry about the warranty and you only live once - go for it!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Has the induction kit given you any more power?

Yes it's running at approx 330 - 340 bhp, but you will need a re-map aswell. Ring Matt at Roger Clark and have a chat with him.
