Love it or loathe it, "ice blue" certainly raises eyebrows.

our first poll !

If it came in different colours i may not have bought it int he first place, its the special colour that makes what it is - Unique ;)

If they did make them in different colours they would have had to be special colours - only available for a WR1.
Ansered YES :)

I answered no, even though I don't actually own one, because the colour put me off. I couldn't get excited about it and before all the toys come out of the pram, I'm not having a pop!!

there are some really uptight and arrogant people on scoobynet ! They don't seem to comprehend that other people might have different criteria for selecting a car to them and hence choose a different motor !?!?! The funny thing is they are the ones who seem to doubt their own decision by constantly having to justify why their choice was better and looking down their noses at people who purchase other vehicles. Import owners (a certain spec c owner springs to mind) are probably the worst

I ordered the car because of the colour ... absolutely taken by it from the moment I saw it. Dumped off the FQ330 order and bought the WR1 - haven't had a single regret since then!!

I'd ordered the car before i'd seen it in the flesh, so to speak.

I'm still glad that i did, although if it had been another colour i'd probably have gone for it anyway. I just like to have something a bit different! :P

I'm glad you worked out how to sort out the polls Jason!

Don't take the pi$$!! I can't do a poll when I'm using my pda only on the pc.
I can't select the emoticons either. It must be my software.

Shall I give you something to go and moderate??!!

Well it was interesting to see all the WR1 owners voted yes. So i guess we can conclude that it's a lovely colour, and don't let anyone else tell you otherwise!

Well that's certainly one conclusion Chris, however another could be you're all tasteless gits!!

Seriously though, it's good to see you're all happy with the colour. Subaru obviously thought about it and didn't just pluck it out of thin air, the car stands out on the road.

Love the colour & it,s the thing most folk pass comment on :D (all good)
My mum thinks it looks great, it was the 1st thing she said when i showed her a pic when i ordered it. Her exact words were "Thank goodness i thought u were gonna get 1 of those blue 1's with the tacky gold wheels" (her view not mine b4 sti owners say anything, it was a sti i actually went in 2 buy, but got hooked when saw pic of Wr1 & ordered it instead  :D )
She hates the rear spoiler though liked my old bug wrx low 1 better
Got pics from shows/meets, in line up of scoobs the Wr1 is the car the eyes drawn straight 2 because of the colour 8) Do have 1 really good pic of the 8/9 cars that were on theSIDC stand at the Fast & modified show @ AECC in Aberdeen, all lined up on a brae after. ( don't know how 2 post pics though :( not great at pc's yet)
