What a waste of time!

Well after Sunday's escapades the motor was looking decidedly filthy, number plate was unreadable (probably a good thing really!) and you couldn't see the brake lights.
I thought I'd give it a quick wipe over before setting off to work and clean the lights and plate.
You know how it goes........I'll just do this bit.......and this bit.......oh and this bit....! Before I knew it, it was dinnertime and I'd cleaned the whole car. Nevermind, it was all nice and shiny again, a job well done.

Nip inside for a quick coffee and then set off to work..........

Sat at a junction waiting to pull out and..................

........A wagon steams past me and splashes the entire drivers side with dirty water. :evil:
