What Oil?

Hi,

Have any of you guys provided your own oil for services? If so, what did you go for? I always used to use Mobil 1, but it seems that this is unsuitable for the scoob.....

just being tight and trying to stop the dealers making quite so much money off my back ;-)

I've just put Silkolene in mine. 10/30 I think but I'll have to check the receipt.

Mine had Castrol GTX Magnatec in it.

The other popular choice seems to be Motul 300v
Too petty to be a traffic warden...

castrol gtx magnatec 10-40, garage uses it on every performance car they service, no problems, mind you it's never in there very long to get dirty :lol: :lol: :lol:
